This way, you can focus on our conversation without worrying about holding the device steady.
● Comfort is Key
Comfortable position for discussion and relaxation: Choose a room where you can comfortably have a conversation at the beginning of the session, and then easily transition to lying down or a relaxed seated position for the hypnosis portion.
● Dress for relaxation
Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement.
● Ringer off
Turn your phone ringer and any other notifications on your devices to silent mode to avoid disruptions.
● Headphones or Earbuds Recommended for Enhanced Focus:
Headphones or earbuds will not only help you focus on my voice and block out any remaining background noise, but they can also enhance the quality of the audio. This allows you to hear my voice more clearly and precisely, which can contribute to a more effective hypnosis session.
